Founder and Educator of Apple Seeds Pre-K Tutoring

I have always been fascinated by early childhood development and knew I wanted to learn more about how little brains work. I have a degree in Early Childhood Education from EKU which allowed me experience in teaching preschool and Kindergarten students for three years in the public school system. After having my own child, I decided to start a journey to create the dream learning environment so that one day he could join me. I wanted to create a safe, developmentally appropriate atmosphere for preschoolers to have their very first learning experience. I aimed for small class sizes that wouldn't overwhelm the shy kiddos like my son. I wanted a cozy home-like space that promoted learning through play and art exploration/self-expression, and most importantly, fresh-air! As an early childhood development advocate, I work everyday to make sure I provide a loving and nurturing environment that starts your child's learning experience off on the right foot.
